Michelle is a great listener, and I gained a lot of much needed insight through her open-ended questions and attentiveness.

I'm so grateful that Michelle is someone who gets me! Her recognizing how spirituality really matters to me made me feel even more understood.
Great help while dealing with multiple stressors, good at bringing up realistic solutions and giving me the space to take things one step at a time.
Michelle has been helping me with anxiety management that had been getting worse the past couple of months. I have been doing mindfulness exercises with her, and the resources she provides is always so helpful! I can go into sessions feeling pretty overwhelmed, but her calming presence and encouragement is always such a big support. There's a big improvement in how I handle unhelpful thoughts now. I definitely recommend Michelle if you're looking for someone genuine and caring to provide support to you.
I started therapy because my relationship with my parents was causing me constant stress and guilt. Michelle provided helpful insight into the family patterns I grew up with and how they were affecting me now. Her thoughtful feedback and gentle challenges helped me grow emotionally and communicate more effectively. Through our work, I built up the courage to set healthy boundaries while maintaining a relationship with my parents. I feel more confident and less emotionally drained after interactions with them. I truly felt supported every step of the way.
I was feeling overwhelmed about life, and had a lot of anxiety in my relationships. Talking with Michelle is always a delight - she has never made me feel judged even when talking about sensitive issues, and her warmth and gentleness helps ground me during moments of peak distress. The coping skills we worked on helped me manage my day-to-day without having to feel as overwhelmed as before. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking a skilled therapist who really cares about their clients.
Navigating a major life transition was one of the most stressful periods of my life. I was so overwhelmed and uncertain about the future. Michelle was very helpful in that she not only helped me build confidence in my decision-making process, but also guided me through managing the emotions tied to the transition. Her insight into the emotional impact from the changes I was going through was invaluable, and I gained new perspectives and strategies to cope with the stress through my sessions with her.
