I have extensive experience working with mood disorders and psychiatric conditions here in Spokane. With that work, I saw a deep need for treatment for trauma and PTSD so I became trained in EMDR. I also draw from a variety of approaches - including CBT, IFS, and mindfulness - so that together we can find what feels most helpful to you.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I founded Beyond Mountains Counseling with the intention of creating a space where every person feels genuinely seen and heard. My hope is that each session helps you move closer to the life you desire, with a greater sense of clarity and confidence. You are the expert in your own life—I’m here to walk alongside you, offering support, perspective, and practical ideas for next steps.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

A typical session is unique. I do enjoy having a plan of what we are going to work on but I also understand that life happens and sometimes plans need to pivot.
