Navigating life’s challenges can be overwhelming, and it’s my passion to provide a safe, compassionate space where healing and growth can flourish. As an LCSW & LCDC, I specialize in working with individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, substance use concerns, and the lingering effects of trauma. My goal is to walk alongside you on your journey toward understanding, resilience, and empowerment. I utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to meet your unique needs. I have a Bachelors in Psychology with an emphasis on Substance Abuse and have worked in the treatment field for the last 15 years. That paired with my Masters in Social Work and my training in Trauma Focused therapies makes me uniquely qualified to meet clients where they are and help them gain freedom in many areas of their lives.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I am a direct therapist and want to help challenge you to uncover old wounds, repair your relationship with "self", and move forward with a free spirit! I use a variety of therapeutic approaches so, together, we'll find what works best for you and run with it.
