UpLift Behavioral Health reserves the right to limit the types of medications that may be prescribed by its doctors and nurse practitioners. All prescriptions furnished by UpLift Behavioral Health care providers are issued in accordance with applicable federal and state law as well as UpLift Behavioral Health policy. I do not believe that therapy is "One Size Fits All." I use a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing (MI), Behavioral Activation (BA), Mindfulness, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to work with my clients. I believe it is essential to work at your pace and use your feedback to best facilitate the sessions-your opinion and voice matter. Taking the first step to seek counseling is hard, and I commend you for it. During our time together, I will provide you with tools, resources, and techniques to increase your insight and accomplish the goals you have set for yourself. I hold a Master's degree in Psychology from Florida International University and earned my Bachelor's degree from Florida Atlantic University, which have equipped me with a strong foundation to support you effectively.
