The world is changing so quickly it can be hard to catch up. It’s easy to feel lost. Asking for help to navigate the twists and turns on the road forward can be overwhelming. I can help. I have been in practice for more than twenty years and use a holistic approach to balance the Physical, Emotional, Mental and Spiritual parts of the Self. When we feel in balance, it’s easier to keep our feet on the ground. Slow down the race. I love to help with: depression, anxiety, faith and life transitions, relationship problems, domestic violence, women’s issues, self-esteem, parenting, grief and loss, trauma, and I'm an LGBTQ+ ally. I work with children 10+, teens and adults.
