Hi, I'm Michelle and I'm so glad you're here. I specialize in helping teens and young adults (20s–30s) slow down, gain clarity, and feel like themselves again. Anxiety, trauma, burnout, or ADHD might leave you feeling stuck in your head, constantly second-guessing yourself, running on empty, or struggling to keep up with school, work, or relationships. But therapy can give you the space and tools to finally feel more grounded and in control.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I bring warmth and curiosity into the room while also helping you uncover the deeper ‘why’ behind your struggles. My approach goes beyond symptom management. We’ll explore how your mind, body, emotions, and behaviors connect, while building tools you can carry into everyday life.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Therapy with me is about both healing at the root and creating practical change. In our first session together, we’ll take time to get to know one another. Not just the challenges that brought you to therapy, but also who you are as a person, your interests, and your unique experiences. Based on your goals for therapy, I'll integrate evidence-based interventions such as DBT and IFS to help you explore your emotions, uncover patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and develop strategies that actually fit your life.
