I am a licensed therapist trained and experienced in depression, anxiety, co-dependency, grief, life transitions, and trauma. I hold a Master’s in Professional Counseling from Liberty University.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Clients can expect to come to sessions and be able to talk about what is on their mind, and also work toward goals that have been set. I will always approach sessions with an open mind and am willing to meet a client where they are on any particular day. My style is affirming, open minded and wam.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I use a collaborative approach, where myself and the client work together to determine goals and best approaches. My style of therapy is casual and conversation oriented. Throughout this process I will incorporate diagnostic and therapeutic approaches.
