What should a new client know about working with you?

I bring a holistic approach to counseling, working together toward emotional health. Therapy will include a safe place to explore and process emotions, resulting in improved relationship with self and others. Development of coping skills to reduce anxiety and depression is provided. Trauma informed care including psychoeducation around PTSD and the processing of trauma for those dealing with unresolved trauma is an integral part of therapy. Individual Counseling and Couple’s Counseling is available. Specific modalities may include: Psychotherapy, Psychoeducation, Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Strength Based Counseling.

Lifeline Medical Center uses Therapy Notes for our sessions. Once scheduled you will receive an email from Therapy Notes Patient Portal to make your patient login. There will be a "to-do" list of documents we ask you to complete within 24 hours. This will be where you have your scheduled session with your provider via telehealth, you will log back into your portal the day of your appointment and click the link to start your session.
