What should a new client know about working with you?

As a warm and humorous therapist, I foster a safe, accepting space for clients to address their concerns, issues, and barriers. I lovingly empower individuals to take control of their lives and achieve their goals. While I work with a wide variety of mental health concerns, my passion is in the mind-gut connection. With a double master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling and mind-body medicine, I have a deep understanding of the impact of stress, emotions, and trauma on the digestive tract and other vital organ systems. I leverage the power of the mind-body connection to support my clients in developing self-awareness, relaxation skills, and coping strategies that are proven to decrease symptoms. I am also a National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) and hold a certificate in Gastropsychology from the prestigious Rome Foundation. Before entering the health and healing space, I was a corporate executive with over 15 years of experience leading high-performing teams.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My process aims to unearth potential through an exploration of values, character strengths, and life purpose, helping clients to gain clarity. We will start by having an open conversation about who you are, what you want, and how you would like to work together. Whether you want practical skills and tools, or just a safe space to process your experiences, I am here to help you resolve your concerns and make positive changes.
