My approach I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, humanistic approaches, strength-based methods, solution-focused techniques, trauma-informed care, and mindfulness practices. I have experience working with ADHD, anxiety, child abuse, family violence, trauma, crisis intervention, medical issues, aging concerns, grief and loss, and depression. My focus I work with a wide array of clients from all walks of life. Many of my clients have ADHD, while others experience anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship issues, and other conditions. My communication style My communication style is warm, compassionate, and non-judgmental. My first session with you In our first session, we will cover a few housekeeping items about working together, my practice, and my approach. You will also have the opportunity to share what brings you to therapy and your goals for starting this journey. Throughout the session, we will build rapport, and you can share your history and any information relevant to your therapy.
