I look forward to working with you through your journey My approach My therapeutic approach is holistic, in which I consider the whole person. I believe in meeting clients at their needs, which includes extended & unconventional office hours, as well as allowing for outdoor sessions if you prefer. Because each individual is unique, I look forward to helping you meet your desired outcome. My focus I have worked with adolescents and adults in private practice, supporting clients with anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, personality disorders, Autism Spectrum diagnoses, ADD/ADHD, and learning disabilities. I am trained and supervised in treating co-occurring disorders. My communication style My communication style is warm, open, and collaborative. I create a calm, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and supported. I listen actively, communicate clearly and compassionately, and encourage open dialogue while gently challenging growth-limiting patterns. My journey to mental healthcare Growing up in a small town and as a military spouse, I am familiar with the stigma surrounding mental health and how difficult it can be to ask for help. As a mother, I strive to be present in my children’s lives while maintaining my career. As a spouse, I see how military service impacts not only soldiers, but their families as well. My goal is to My goals for you I help clients reach their goals through a collaborative, person-centered approach. Together we identify meaningful goals, build on strengths, and create realistic steps for change. I provide a safe, supportive space that empowers clients to grow, develop coping skills, and build lasting resilience.
