“Michelle supports clients who feel exhausted from constantly monitoring how they look, what they say, and how they show up for others. Many struggle with guilt about not doing enough, intrusive thoughts that say they’re not good enough, and waking in the night with racing thoughts. She offers a compassionate space to understand these patterns and reconnect with a calmer, more grounded sense of self.”

Getting to know Michelle Reinhard

Navigating today's world feeling "different," "disconnected," "broken," or "lost" can be an isolating experience. I am passionate about supporting marginalized communities including LGBTQIA+ folx, people of the global majority, non-monogamous/polyamorous communities, and anyone else who doesn't "fit in" to what society depicts as the standard way to be a human. I integrate my personal life experience with my professional expertise to guide individuals to better manage stress, evolve their own identity, and heal from chronic trauma and abuse.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Every individual is worthy of finding their own serenity! I use a holistic approach aligned with compassion, acceptance, and empowerment. During our sessions, I prioritize creating a safe space where you feel supported and validated while addressing mental, emotional, social, and spiritual needs within the context of external systems and stressors. As a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, I specialize in helping my clients heal from chronic trauma by integrating holistic techniques to find serenity in both mind and body. I also provide a safe space for survivors of abuse to process their experiences, find validation and support, and learn to heal, trust, and love themselves.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Using a relational approach, sessions begin with connecting to you as an individual. Listening and providing validation and support is always a priority. I am here to give you encouragement, safety, and guidance to assist you in making the changes you want. You don't have to struggle alone as you try to balance living modern life while healing from trauma, expanding your identity, and managing overwhelming stress. I would love to support you on your radical and courageous path forward to a healthier, more confident life!
