Each of us has the innate ability to heal; grow; and change; but many times environmental inequities and injustices can make that difficult; and at times; feel impossible. As your therapist; I’ll support you on your journey; at your own pace; helping you build up your internal strengths and support network to successfully navigate the systems around you. Since 2012; I have been working with individuals of all ages and backgrounds in some social services capacity. I strive to create a non-judgmental space; while offering unconditional support; an open mind; and most importantly; the sense that you’re not alone.
