What should a new client know about working with you?

I specialize in working with children, teens and young adults who are navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, and/or heightened sensitivity. My approach is rooted in empathy and compassion, providing a safe, supportive space where clients can feel seen, heard, and understood. I believe in tailoring the therapeutic process to meet each client's unique needs, helping them build resilience, self-awareness, and lasting growth.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My process begins with an initial session to understand your unique needs, concerns, and goals. For children and teens, I often include parents or caregivers in the intake to gather a comprehensive understanding of the child's environment and challenges. From there, we collaborate to create a personalized treatment plan, integrating modalities like play therapy, psychodynamic, CBT or IFS, depending on what feels most effective for you or your child.
