What should a new client know about working with you?

I specialize in supporting individuals facing trauma, depression, anxiety, PTSD, and major life transitions. I also have experience working within forensic settings and with active duty military populations, which has deepened my understanding of complex stress, resilience, and the importance of culturally competent care. Whether you're navigating a specific challenge or working toward long-term healing, my goal is to help you feel grounded, supported, and equipped to move forward.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals from all walks of life, each with their own unique story, strengths, and challenges. Each person I work with is unique, and I believe therapy should reflect that. My approach is flexible and tailored to meet your individual needs, goals, and pace. I draw from a range of evidence-based practices, including Gestalt therapy, mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused, and strength-based approaches. Whether you’re looking to gain insight, develop coping strategies, or make meaningful changes in your life, we’ll work together in a way that feels supportive, empowering, and aligned with your values. If you’re considering therapy, I invite you to reach out. I’d be honored to walk alongside you as you take this next step in your journey.
