I have been in the field of social work for 17 1/2 years. My undergraduate degree is in social work and I received my Master's of social work from IUPUI. In 2020 I obtained my LCSW. I have additional training in trauma focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Throughout my career I have worked with individuals; children; and families. I am truly passionate about whole person health. I strive to give people the right tools to be the best version of themselves by listening; validating; and acknowledging. I utilize CBT; DBT; Motivational Interviewing; and Supportive Therapy.
