Hello. Nice to meet you. I have over 17 years of experience treating anxiety, depression, trauma, life changes, adjustment, and grief. I graduated from Marywood University in 2003 with a Master’s in Social Work. I have had the privilege of serving my community in many settings, including schools, hospitals, community mental health clinics, and private practice. My approach to therapy is holistic. With a diverse background, I am committed to providing clients with a treatment approach uniquely tailored to address their needs. I am fluent in English and Spanish. I utilize many therapeutic models such as CBT, Trauma-Focused CBT, and talk therapy. I use encouragement, education, and reflective listening. I look forward to working with you.
