Hello, my name is Miguel Delgado, LPC-S based in Texas. I use psychodynamic and eclectic perspectives to help individuals manage depression, anxiety, grief/loss, self-improvement, personal empowerment, trauma, personal identity, relationship problems and deal with overwhelming life stressors. I am bilingual, fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese and can provide counseling skills in a non-judgmental, empathetic and caring environment. I have more than 15 years(+) experience working in different mental health settings and have extensive training in trauma informed care, CBT and mindfulness-informed approach. I provide an empathetic and caring environment for everyone, including LGBTQI family. I am here to provide support, guidance and personal empowerment for those in need.
