My purpose and passion is to help you gain a better understanding of yourself and your experiences while providing you the tools to improve your well-being. I am a firm believer that the true therapeutic process happens every day outside of therapy. This is where you do the work using those tools, building skills, and applying what you’ve learned to your daily life. 'Therapist' is just one of many roles in my life. I am also a mother, partner, friend, lifelong learner, and client. I work with adolescents and adults, individually or as couples/families. My approach is holistic and utilizes various techniques including CBT, DBT, Schema Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and positive psychology to help you achieve your goals in all eight dimensions of wellness.
