I am a licensed marriage and family therapist providing individual and couples therapy virtually to clients ages 18 and older. My therapeutic philosophy and style are rooted in collaboration. I believe in my clients' capacity for healing, but what that looks like is up to them. My personal experience as a Filipino-American taught me to recognize how cultural, societal, and family factors impact an individual‚Äôs experience. My clients are empowered to examine and challenge stories internalized from family, cultural, and societal systems and to utilize their unique strengths to create change. We work together to rewrite those stories so that clients can embrace their authentic Self. I earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Chaminade University of Honolulu in 2016 and a Master of Arts in Couples and Family Therapy from Seattle University in 2021. I completed an 18-month internship at Sound working with diverse populations, including LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, and adolescents.
