I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who specializes in working with adolescents and young adults navigating challenges such as anxiety, trauma, depression, and addiction.I also have experience working with adolescents and young adults involved in the criminal justice system. I am deeply passionate about this work because many young people struggle without access to adequate resources. My goal is to provide the guidance, tools, and encouragement they need to heal, develop self-awareness, and create lasting positive change during these formative years.

I use evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Therapy, and elements of Motivational Interviewing to help clients reframe unhelpful thinking patterns, build healthier coping skills, and foster resilience. My approach is compassionate yet active I provide empathy and support while also challenging you to step outside of your comfort zone and move toward growth. I integrate mindfulness, strength-based techniques, and family involvement when helpful, recognizing that healing often happens not only individually but within relationships.
