I have 9 years of experience working with adults, teens, and college students with a variety of mental health needs and life goals. I hold a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Faulkner University and a Bachelor's degree from Samford University. My main goal is to truly see you as you are, free of judgment, and work with you to determine achievable goals that will lead to a better quality of life. I take into account all experiences and identities that you bring to the table and how they have affected you. My primary role as a therapist is to provide you with a safe place to process these events and experiences and also give you helpful skills and techniques to use throughout life's journey.

I specialize in treating autism, anger, ADHD, depression, anxiety, life transitions, relationship issues, academic stress, grief and many other issues. As a certified Prepare-Enrich facilitator and Gottman-Trained therapist, I also offer counseling for dating couples, premarital, marital, and blended families. What is your typical process for working with clients?
We will start off by discussing your goals and a treatment plan will be created based on your strengths and what you want to accomplish. I provide a highly individualized approach to therapy that consist of utilizing your strengths, performing exercises to modify unwanted behaviors, and incorporating your values.
