In navigating life's ebbs and flows, my role is to offer a safe, non-judgmental space where you can freely share your story. I emphasize the collaborative relationship between client and therapist, valuing your experiences, needs, and emotions. We will explore all aspects of your life, as each piece has its own impact on who you are today. Ultimately, we will work together to identify patterns, build resilience, and better understand oneself. I hold an MEd in Mental Health Counseling from The College of New Jersey, which informs my compassionate and client-centered approach.

I believe in the value of an eclectic approach drawing from various therapeutic methods. My goal is to provide an individualized approach that is tailored to meet your unique needs that promote growth and healing.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
As a therapist, my approach is rooted in empathy, evidence-based practices and a genuine commitment to helping individuals navigate their journey through life. Choosing to come to therapy is not easy, so I am honored to be a part of your journey and here to support you every step of the way.
