Hello! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. My interest in the field started from a young age when I realized how much I loved to help and empower people. These passions and interests have only grown as I've explored how to continue caring for people and helping them flourish in their overall goals. I have over 5 years of experience working with children and adolescents treating ADHD, ODD, Anxiety disorders, Depressive disorders, PTSD, etc.

What should a new client know about working with you?

It brings me joy to see others work toward and achieve their goals in improving their overall mental health. I have a person-centered approach where we will set goals together and work to pursue treatment that is best for you. My hope is that when you leave sessions, you feel validated, confident in your abilities, and empowered to continue growing in your personal life outside of sessions.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My goal in sessions is to create a welcoming environment, where you feel comfortable to explore or navigate any difficult situations that you may be experiencing. My hope is to meet you where you are in session while also providing a space for you to feel heard. I believe that you are the expert of your life and my role is to walk alongside you through this process.
