Hi! I'm Mike, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) from Arizona. Thank you for taking the time to look at my profile! I have many years of experience helping individuals heal from both substance use and mental health challenges. I have worked in community mental health and have been involved in the 12-step community for many years. Prior to working in mental health, I had a career in accounting. I have a Biblical worldview that inspires and guides me in my work. I have been married for 27 years and raised four children. I also have four stepchildren and 14 grandchildren. Boston is my hometown, but I have been living in Arizona since 2015. I am a fan of the Patriots, the Celtics, and the Red Sox. I also enjoy Marvel, Rocky, and Star Trek movies. Don't be surprised if I throw in an occasional film quote in our sessions! I would love to help you achieve your treatment and/or life goals. I am available for therapy Monday through Thursday, 8 AM to 8 PM, and Friday and Saturday, 8 AM to 5 PM. Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
