Getting to know Mildred Sellars

Hello! I have been a licensed clinical social worker in the state of Florida for 17 years. My approach to therapy is client-centered, solution-focused, and strengths-based. I have multiple years of experience working with children, adults, and families in home and community settings. I also have an extensive background working with clients in crisis, both inpatient and outpatient. I have helped many people experiencing depression, grief and loss, relationship conflicts, career changes and challenges, ADHD, and anxiety. I earned a master's degree in social work from the University of Central Florida in 2000. In my free time, I enjoy going to theme parks with my grandson, relaxing on Florida's beautiful beaches, and spending time with my family.
