Welcome! Bienvenidos! I'm Milkelis and I’m a licensed therapist with over ten years of experience. Some of my areas of specialty include but are not limited to the following: trauma/PTSD, interpersonal violence, relationship concerns, career concerns,marital and couples counseling, women’s mental health, infertility, and perinatal and postpartum mental health. I'm passionate about creating a safe, supportive space for you as you navigate life’s challenges and uncertainties. I offer a warm, nonjudgmental environment where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered. My approach is collaborative and compassionate, and I work with you to uncover your strengths, process difficult experiences, and move toward meaningful growth and healing.
