I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Tulsa, Oklahoma. I have worked with individuals and families for 15 years + focusing on how they can prevent their past from defining their future and help ensure that they have the tools needed to live a serene and productive life. I specialize in trauma disorders, trauma in the family system(s), self-esteem and relationship building both intimate and parenting roles. I have extensive training in gambling pathology and other addictions; my scope also includes other impulsive, compulsive thought and behavioral disorders. In practice I am a Cognitive Behavioral Therapist (evidence based therapy for anxiety and depression disorders). I am trained in Cognitive Processing Therapy and Written Exposure Therapy (both trauma therapies). I use Motivational Interviewing (addictions therapy) and the Gottman Method with Systems therapy for couples and family healing, relationship building. Systems therapies I use help aids in effective parenting roles, healthy attachment of family members, promotes healthy family unit. I also specialize in communication classes and techniques to help us be heard and understood by our loved ones.
