Initial session: $150 for 60 minutes
Ongoing session: $125 for 60 minutes

    Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements are made in advance. Insurance claims may be handled either directly by the therapist, her practice, or by a third-party billing service. Insurance benefit decisions are determined by your plan. Insurance does not guarantee payment. You are financially responsible for: • copays, deductibles, and coinsurance • non-covered services • late cancellations or missed appointments • any balance not paid by insurance By receiving services, you agree to this financial responsibility. A valid card may be kept on file for balances or fees. Administrative services (letters, reports, court-related work, or extensive paperwork) may incur additional charges. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Appointments canceled late or missed will be charged $65. Insurance does not cover these fees. Exceptions may be made for illness or emergencies.
