As your therapist, I vow to hold space for you as I walk with you through your discomfort, uncover what is limiting you, guide you to discover your inner strengths, and help you find new skills to achieve change. This sounds wonderful, but healing can be a challenging path, and everyone's journey is different. My approach will be unique to your needs, learning style, and comfort level. Life does not come with a map! As we work together, I see myself as a GPS system guiding you on your path to self-exploration. I may challenge your outlook, lead you into uncomfortable territory, and teach you new tools and coping strategies-but always at your pace and respecting that you are in the driver's seat. I hold a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Florida Atlantic University, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to support you effectively. Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
