Mindy Hopper, LCSW

Psychotherapist
TN
Hello, and welcome. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and I earned my Master’s in Social Work from Union University. I work primarily with adults who feel overwhelmed by stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, or persistent emotional patterns they don’t fully understand. Many of my clients come to therapy wondering, “Why do I keep reacting this way?” or “Why does this feel harder for me than it should?” Together, we explore the underlying patterns that shape your thoughts, emotions, and responses. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in helping you gain insight while also building practical tools you can use in everyday life. Life can feel chaotic at times. My goal is to help you create more stability, clarity, and calm - not by changing who you are, but by helping you better understand yourself and respond with intention rather than overwhelm. If you’re ready to begin that process, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.

In-network insurances

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
