I hold a Master's degree in Art Therapy from New York University. Through art therapy or talk therapy, I can guide you toward improving the problem areas of your life and bringing back happiness, a conflict-free family life with your children and spouse, and good problem-solving skills without anger, sadness, and stress. In art therapy, the creative art process itself is relaxing and joyful, and the visual images help us come up with creative solutions. You may have a child or children who are strong-willed. I guide parents to practice cognitive and behavior-based positive parenting techniques while teaching children to identify all emotions and how to cope with overwhelming feelings such as anger and anxiety. I also provide support for children at school. For people with Autism Spectrum Disorder, we identify difficult behaviors and cognitive profiles specific to autism. I coordinate with appropriate services and schools while supporting the child or adult with effective behavior strategies. Art therapy is also effective in addressing sensory issues and anxiety often associated with autism.
