She is a queer therapist of color with specializations in the mind-body connection, Dialectic-Behavioral Therapy (DBT), LGBTQ+ affirming care, and sex education. Ming leads the ADHD support group and is dedicated to promoting understanding and acceptance of different neurological experiences and all the different ways a person can be. She uses a solutions focused approach that emphasizes that clients are the experts on their own lives, and looks forward to working hard with you towards an incorporated self with a full toolbelt of positive coping skills and self-knowledge.
