With over a decade of experience working with teenagers, first as a high school math teacher and now as a counselor for the past three years, I've developed a deep understanding of the unique challenges young people face. I also have experience working with clients who struggle with substance addictions, mental health disorders, and geriatrics in an assisted living facility. My approach to therapy is rooted in cognitive therapy and client-centered therapy.
