My door is wide open to anyone in the LGBTQIA+ community, neurodivergent folks, and polyamorous individuals/families, or anyone looking to do the brave work of understanding themselves more deeply. For children I offer child centered play therapy alongside regular parent consults where I teach skills to help support kids' growth outside the playroom. For adults, in addition to talk therapy, I offer lots of creative and non-talky options. I may suggest play, expressive arts, sand tray, or walking sessions to help process beyond words. On a personal note, I'm a queer Jewish nonbinary woman who's big on crafting, reading sci-fi and fantasy, playing Dungeons & Dragons and cozy switch games, and thrifting.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I offer child centered play therapy in person for children ages 2-8. I specialize working with neurodivergent kids, gender creative kids, LGBTQIA+ families, and very young children. I offer individual therapy sessions in person and online for adults 25 and older. I specialize in LGTBQIA+ identities, neurodivergence, attachment, childhood trauma, and grief. I also incorporate sand tray and expressive art techniques with adults.
