Seeking therapy for the first time, or finding your way back, can feel like a big undertaking. I offer a safe and supportive space to build a trusting and collaborative relationship that promotes self-exploration, development, and acceptance. I work with teens, adults, families, and couples on a wide range of issues such as depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, and relationship concerns.
