What should a new client know about working with you?

My style is warm, honest, and gently challenging. I believe therapy is a partnership where we blend compassion with accountability. I don't just listen; I partner with you to challenge unhelpful narratives and discover what truly matters to you. As a culturally responsive therapist, I understand that your mental health is shaped by your community, your history, and your identity. Together, we will create a path to more groundedness and authenticity.

More information on payments and coverage

We prioritize your care over insurance limitations, but we fight to get you reimbursed. We operate as an Out-of-Network clinic to ensure your care is dictated by your needs, not insurance limitations. However, we want to help you maximize your benefits. Our billing team can check your PPO out-of-network coverage for you. If you have coverage, we provide detailed monthly statements (Superbills) that you can submit for reimbursement. We also accept HSA/FSA cards directly. You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost.?Under the law, health care providers need to give clients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees. You have the right to receive the Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service. You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.
