As a licensed professional counselor, I work with adolescents, teens and LGBTQ+ individuals navigating through anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, and impulse-control and conduct disorders and feel more like themselves. If you have been dealing with painful memories that still feel close or the heavy weight of a loss, you are not alone, and the right care can make a real difference. In our sessions, I draw on trauma-focused CBT (TF-CBT), which helps children and teens heal after hard experiences. I also use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), EMDR, and motivational interviewing. My care is trauma-informed, which means you set the pace and your sense of safety always comes first. Better days are possible, and I would be glad to help you get there. I am passionate about promoting emotional wellness, supporting personal growth, and empowering individuals and families to navigate challenges and achieve meaningful, lasting change.
