My therapeutic services aim to support children, youth, young adults, parents, families, couples, and older adults moving toward healing, cultivating self-awareness and self-love, reconnecting to the present moment, and experiencing a sense of peace and wholeness. My goal is always to stay humble and allow clients to be empowered, grow, and take action. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Orange County, CA. I hold a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of San Francisco and a Bachelor's degree from California State University, Northridge. I work with a wide range of issues, utilizing a humanistic approach and drawing on principles from mindfulness, attachment theory, family systems, EMDR, art therapy, play therapy, solution-focused, emotion-focused, and cognitive behavioral models to best support my clients.
