I am dedicated to building relationships with others. A therapeutic relationship must be caring, trusting, safe, transparent, boundaried, positive, and professional. I use a combination of behavioral (short term) and psychodynamic (long term) approaches in therapy, always tailoring to the person served, as one size does not fit all. I love meeting new people who allow me to work alongside them in their journey of healing, hoping, growing, and planning for the version of themselves they choose to be. I hold a Master’s in Social Work from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, which has equipped me with the skills and knowledge to provide compassionate, individualized care.
