Many individuals, couples, and first responders I work with have spent years supporting others while putting their own needs aside. Healing and meaningful change are possible. I am a bilingual Registered Social Work Intern with over 20 years of real-world experience, including 10 years as a police officer and 10 years supporting others through healing and recovery. I bring a grounded, trauma-informed perspective to help clients navigate the emotional impact of service, occupational stress, and difficult life experiences. I specialize in trauma, PTSD, grief, sex therapy, and relationship concerns for individuals and couples seeking greater connection, healing, and well-being. My areas of focus include PTSD and trauma-related disorders, grief and loss, sex therapy and sexual health concerns, couples therapy, relationship distress, substance use, sex addiction, depression, anxiety, first responder stress, and occupational trauma. I primarily work with adults, including first responders, couples, and individuals navigating trauma, grief, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Clients describe my approach as direct, compassionate, and steady. I provide a space where you can explore your experiences without judgment while working to understand how your past has shaped you and what steps can support healing, resilience, and connection. Therapy with me is collaborative, respectful, and focused on meaningful change at a pace that feels safe. What is your typical process for working with clients?

Once you book an appointment with me, our Administrative Team will create a patient chart for you and send you paperwork that you will need to complete so that I can prepare for our first session. Our Billing Department will also be in contact with you, PRIOR to your first appointment verify your insurance benefits and ensure that you understand any out of pockets costs that you may have.
