Psychotherapist
MD
As an emerging therapist and lifelong learner in the field of psychology, I approach each session with curiosity, humility, and a deep respect for the therapeutic process. While I may be early in my professional journey, I find that each client interaction offers a valuable opportunity for growth—not just for the client, but for myself as well. This reciprocal learning process reinforces my belief that therapy is a shared space where both participants evolve. I believe that mutual understanding and open communication are the cornerstones of a strong therapeutic relationship. By fostering a safe and collaborative environment.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My approach is client-centered and compassionate. I strive to meet clients where they are, honoring their unique lived experiences while gently guiding them toward greater self-awareness and I believe therapy is not about having all the answers—it's about creating a space where people feel truly seen and heard.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In our initial session, I focus on creating a warm and welcoming environment where we can begin to build trust. My primary goal is to get to know you—your background, your personal history, and the concerns that have brought you to therapy. I understand that starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially for those who are new to it or have had reservations in the past. I take time to answer any questions you may have about the therapeutic process, what you can expect from our sessions, and how therapy can support your journey of self-understanding and growth. Subsequent sessions focus on collaboratively developing a thoughtful treatment plan and building a strong therapeutic rapport. Together, we work to identify and address both past and present issues that may be affecting your well-being or hindering progress toward your goals
