Looking after the people of Sandy Springs, GA, Ms. Mishele Walker brings extensive experience to her counseling sessions at Overcoming Life Counseling Services. A renowned psychotherapist, she is well known for EMDR trauma therapy, having treated trauma of all kinds for over 20 years. She manages a myriad of patient concerns including bipolar and other mood disorders, stress management, and post-partum depression. Ms. Walker takes an individualized approach to patient care, carefully considering all aspects of her patients' physical and mental health to properly diagnose and treat them.
Ms. Walker received her master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Phoenix. Her goal is to provide professional intervention while being knowledgeable about and sensitive to her clients' culture, religious views, gender, age, and sexual orientation.
