Getting to know Misty Annette Diaz
Welcome to M.A.D. Therapy, LLC! I am Misty Annette Diaz and we're all M.A.D. here. You are no longer alone because I am here to join you. As a relationship therapist, LMFT, and MFT PhD (abd), helping relationships thrive is my ultimate goal. The most important relationship is with ourselves. We will re-evaluate boundaries and increase self-confidence and self-validation. We will develop strong coping skills and self-soothing techniques. I guide my clients out of survival mode into the present moment. I incorporate trauma informed yoga to reset the nervous system. I am EMDR trained. In-person & in-home case-by-case. Stay safe and talk soon.
My experience varies from severe mood disorders to generalized anxiety.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
