Hi, my name is Misty (she/her). I am a licensed counselor in Florida with over seven years of professional experience. I hold a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor's degree from Barry University. I help clients learn to handle stress, anxiety, and depression, as well as teach skills to cope with addictions, lack of motivation, low self-esteem, and building confidence. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps toward change. I am here to support and empower you on that journey.
