Hi there and welcome! I've worked in various mental health settings serving diverse populations over twelve years. I work with an existential/humanistic approach using CBT and mindfulness. I truly enjoy what I get to do each day; I am grateful to those who share bits of their lives with me and let me listen so that I may help in some form. In my spare time; I enjoy the outdoors; good-humored company; moving and nourishing my body; being creative; and prioritizing sleep!
