Psychotherapist

*This provider does not accept any Medicaid or Medicare plans* I work with clients who give a lot, to their work, their responsibilities, and often to everyone around them. They are capable, often high-achieving, and yet something feels off. Many are running on empty, struggling to focus, or can't seem to slow down even when they desperately need to. I work with adults navigating ADHD, burnout, and the exhaustion that comes from high-pressure environments. I often work with lawyers, consultants, tech professionals, and others in demanding careers who are accomplished and driven, yet find themselves depleted and disconnected. Many have spent years working against their own nervous systems without knowing it — masking, overcompensating, and slowly losing touch with what they actually need. For many, untreated or unrecognized ADHD sits underneath the anxiety, depression, and burnout that finally brings them to therapy Therapy with me is relational, collaborative, and tailored to you. We move at your pace, there's no checklist, no quick fix, and no single approach that works for everyone. I draw from a range of frameworks to meet you where you are.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I specialize in the following: * ADHD-specific support that goes beyond tips and productivity hacks. We explore how ADHD shows up across all areas of your life — in relationships, self-esteem, emotional dysregulation, and the exhaustion of decades of masking — as well as the anxiety and depression that so often come with it. Together we work on understanding your unique nervous system, untangling the shame and self-criticism that travel alongside ADHD, and building strategies that help you work with your brain rather than against it. * Somatic and nervous system work to help you get out of chronic fight-or-flight, reconnect with your body, and actually feel the difference between stress and safety * Psychodynamic and family systems lenses to understand the deeper patterns — why you override your own needs, where the self-doubt comes from, and how past relationships shaped the way you move through the world today * CBT and DBT tools for practical, present-moment support — managing overwhelm, building emotional regulation skills, and creating structure that actually works with your brain, not against it * Rebuilding self-trust — learning to recognize your own wisdom, tune back into your instincts, and stop outsourcing your sense of worth to productivity or external validation. I also hold a strong awareness of how systemic pressures — workplace culture, identity, and social context — contribute to burnout and chronic stress. Your exhaustion didn't come from nowhere, and understanding the full picture matters.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I may be a good fit if you: * Have ADHD (diagnosed or suspected) and feel like you've working twice as hard throughout your life * Work in a high-pressure field — law, tech, consulting, finance — and are burned out or don't recognize yourself anymore * Struggle to trust your own judgment, feelings, or instincts * Feel like your body and mind are constantly in conflict
