Clients should expect to receive a safe space to discuss challenges being experienced and receive a listening ear. I meet clients where they are at and help guide client to understand themselves better.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

First session is an intake session where I ask questions throughout the session to get a better understanding of clients goals for therapy and to make sure I can support client in the best way possible.
