Through my personal and professional experience, I will tailor my approach to your unique needs and apply evidence-based methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness, as well as strengths-based, solution-focused, trauma-informed approaches.
