I am a Licensed Associate Counselor in New Jersey who earned their Masters of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Rowan University. I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in various circumstances. I have familiarity working with clients experiencing anxiety, emotional regulation difficulties, depression, grief and loss, obsessive-compulsive-related concerns, and self-exploration.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I collaborate with clients to meet them where they are. In a changing world, I believe it is of utmost importance to provide a safe space for any client to land. Adopting a person-centered approach to therapy, I aim to establish a space for clients to express themselves authentically through empathy and genuineness.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I operate under an eclectic approach, allowing myself to generate a tailor-made plan for each client. I have experience utilizing CBT, mindfulness-based practices, and play-informed interventions. I have training in Exposure and Response Prevention for OCD and EMDR-basic training and informed care. I strive to assist clients in achieving a greater sense of peace in their daily lives.
